Term Paper:

 The course does not have a midterm exam but has a term paper instead that would count for 50% of your term grade.

 Please write a paper between 8 to 10 pages in length in one of the subjects below. The paper has to have line spacing at 1.5 or 2 and should be written using Times New Roman size 12, Garamond size 12, Arial size 10, or Calibri size 10 fonts. You can use the APA style (Author's surname, year, page number between brackets inside the text) or Chicago style (Author's name, surname, title of the work, year, page numbers in a footnote) for references.

  Each student is to choose one of the following subjects. More than one student can write the same subject but cannot present identical or similar papers. Plagiarism or any sort of academic crime will be very severely punished and you will fail the course automatically.
